The firm was founded in 1996 by Tom Goodman, the former head of communications for CBS, Inc. and, before that, CBS News. The firm has 25 full-time professionals, represents major media companies in television, radio, newspaper and magazine publishing, book publishing, and other areas of entertainment; electronics, retail, and other consumer companies; healthcare organizations; professional services firms in law and executive recruitment; business and trade groups; and not-for-profit organizations in the arts, education, and advocacy.
